Thank you for an excellent stay. The hotel is perfectly clean with private parking. The rooms are good sized and good modern with big beds and smoke detectors. The venue staff is best and helpful.

We spent our new year in this hotel and the room was comfortable with a great bed. the staff were welcoming and proficient in English. the hotel was located near the convention center and we could easily walk to the nearby store.

There was one lift for a multi-storey hotel, leading to long wait times, which was absurd. the noise level was high and we could hardly sleep due to the traffic on the nearby highway.

The personnel were helpful and best. The room we had included climate control, a flat-screen TV and a writing desk. It included a nice bed and a private bathroom.

During my Easter stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfortable the rooms were. The staff, especially the cleaning crew, were amazing and made my stay enjoyable. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the fact that there was free Wi-Fi. Plus, the hotel was situated in a great location, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants.

There were a few things that I didn't enjoy about my stay. The front desk staff were often rude and unhelpful, which made the check-in process frustrating.
